The All India Quota (AIQ) allows students from any state to apply for 15% of seats available in government medical colleges across India. Seat allotment is done based on the NEET rank, category, and choices filled by the candidate. After registration, students are required to fill in their preferred colleges and courses. Once the choice filling is closed, seats are allotted according to merit and availability. Candidates can either accept the seat, participate in the next round for upgradation, or choose to exit as per the rules of that particular round.
